Tasting at Morlet Winery
Guests will enjoy a private, seated experience with only those in their party. A brief tour of our historic winery will be followed by an exclusive tasting of several of our wines (including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc & Late Harvest Sémillon). We kindly ask that guests reserve one and a half hours for their visit.
Tasting Policy
A $200 per person tasting fee is waived when six or more bottles per person are purchased from our current release at the conclusion of their visit. Our wines range from $150-$600 a bottle depending on the varietal.
Tasting at Morlet Family Winery are available on a limited basis by prior appointment only. Priority is given to active Members of our Mailing List.
We recommend scheduling your tasting one to two months in advance for weekday visits, and three months in advance for a Saturday request. Please note that our winery is closed on all Sundays and holidays.
Trade & Industry Tastings
Unfortunately, we are not always able to accommodate Trade or Industry tastings, but do make every effort to welcome professionals who support our wines domestically or internationally.
The Morlet Estate Hilltop House
This stunning French inspired villa is situated above the winery and offers gorgeous views of the Napa Valley. This remarkable home boasts three spacious en suite bedrooms with private patios and king-size beds. The chef’s kitchen opens to a grand dining room featuring an impressive fireplace and expansive glass plate windows, offering seamless views throughout. The adjoining living room showcases a panoramic vista of the upper valley, including Mount St. Helena. The lower level houses a vast recreational room and a wine bar leading to the exceptional wine cellar.
Enclosed and gated, the meticulously maintained property includes a spectacular swimming pool with a three-tiered cascading waterfall, a hot tub, fire pit, multiple shaded dining areas, serene picnic and reading spots, and beautiful gardens. Nestled in a private and tranquil setting with partial views of the ‘Morlet Estate’ vineyard, this guest house is less than a mile north of downtown St. Helena.
